Lois Ragnhild Grimsrud Capps (born January 10, 1938) is an American nurse, professor, and politician. A member of the Democratic Party, she served as the U.S. Representative for three California congressional districts from 1998 to 2017. Born Lois Raghnild Grimsrud in Ladysmith, Wisconsin, she moved to Kalispell, Montana as a child, graduating from Flathead County High School in 1955.
